“Heather is the most professional, effective, and pleasant aesthetician I have ever worked with, which is why I trusted her with my skin for almost 10 years.  Heather’s technique is wonderful, and she is always educating herself on the latest products, tools, etc, but is never pushy about using new things.  The fundamental reason why I love her facials is knowing that she always does the best thing for my skin at that specific time.  

My favorite facial is the 75 minute Signature Facial with Oxygen Infusion, but regardless of type, she customizes and tailors everything for the individual.  As a result, my skin never looks better than when a get a facial from her.  As a bonus, her studio is exceptionally relaxing and clean, which makes the experience all that much better.  I have even traveled to visit her studio!  When we moved briefly to the South Bay for 6 months, I kept my regular appointments with her, despite the horrible commute.  And now, after moving to Switzerland a couple years ago, I still book an appointment with her every time visit the US, and can happily say that her standards have not changed at all!”

Heather is amazing… She’s really good at problem solving skin issues, offers great advice and can get her hands on some really fabulous skin products. Heather offers a wonderful relaxing experience. She focuses on the subtle things that all add up to nirvana! Warm towels scented with lavender, amazing neck and head massage, the MOST comfy robes and blankets. Heather knows what she is doing down to the cellular level and if she can’t answer a question, she will go find out. Her products are excellent and her space is relaxing.
